Built on Curiosity, Driven by Purpose
Curious Kids was founded with a single conviction: that the first five years of a child's life are the most consequential — and the most underserved. Today, we are Maharashtra's fastest-growing preschool franchise network.

Mission & Vision
Why We Exist
"To make world-class early childhood education accessible to every child in India — through a franchise model that empowers local entrepreneurs to deliver it."
50 centers across India by 2027, each one a beacon of curiosity-led learning in its community.
Curiosity First
Every curriculum decision, every classroom design, every franchise policy is filtered through one question: does this spark curiosity in a child?
Investor Integrity
We share real numbers. Our franchise partners receive full P&L transparency, territory exclusivity, and honest break-even projections.
Operational Excellence
12 centers running to the same playbook. Consistency is our competitive moat — and our franchise partners' greatest asset.
Community Impact
Each center creates 8–12 local jobs and serves 80–150 families. We measure success in children reached, not just revenue generated.

Founder & Managing Director
Dr. Sanjay Rodge
Early Childhood Education Expert · 20+ Years in Education
Dr. Sanjay Rodge is the architect of the CURIOUS curriculum framework — a proprietary five-pillar pedagogy that underpins every Curious Kids center. With a doctorate in Early Childhood Education and two decades of classroom and institutional experience, he identified a systemic gap in India's preschool market: high-quality, structured early learning was available only to urban, affluent families.
His response was Curious Kids — a franchise model designed to democratise access while delivering institutional-grade returns to franchise investors. Under his academic leadership, the brand has maintained zero curriculum compromise across all 12 centers.
